When you submit an inquiry or catalogue request we receive the details you enter (such as name, company, email, phone, country, quantity, message and items in your quote list) together with the page you sent it from. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not sell your data.

Local storage

Your quote list is stored in your own browser (localStorage) so it is remembered between visits. You can clear it at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

Retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting orders, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing inquiry@drinkware-factory.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Inquiry emails are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing.
